The problem

District elections are a coordination tax. Spreadsheets get out of date. Delegate credentials live in someone's inbox. Weighted votes have to be recomputed by hand. The night of the Council meeting is not the time to discover that two clubs share a delegate ID.

How it works

  1. Set up your District. Import your club roster from the District spreadsheet you already have. Configure officer slates, business motions, and weighted-voting rules.
  2. Issue delegate credentials. Each delegate gets a unique sign-in. Eligibility is locked at the membership-count date you set.
  3. Open polls during your meeting. Delegates vote on their phones. The chair sees live participation; the audit log records every action.
  4. Close polls and export. Final tallies appear on screen. The signed audit log exports as CSV and PDF — sign-off in minutes, not days.
